Do you accept Returns or give Refunds?

Please review our Refund Policy posted on the site prior to making any purchases.

Cheese is a highly perishable food product and is temperature sensitive. Any product being sent outside of Chennai is packed into a thermocol box with a frozen gel pack to ensure that the product remains in a ambient temperature and good for 48-72 hours, the maximum duration of time within which the the product is delivered to the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

In case where there is a mismatch of products or spoilage we will provide the customer with a replacement or credit note that can be used for future purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
